Bicycle ride to the gym and back (40 mins total). Very casual, no hills. Crazy pace on the elliptical for 30 mins then a pace 30 spm less than the first for 30 mins.0

I LOVE THIS THREAD!
I'll do 60 mins on the elliptical in front of a MSNBC show then prance around the weight room drooling at hot men for a few mins.
Then I'll do about 30 mins of combination muscle group free weight exercises- focusing on core and arms. Like burpies, tricep kick backs, lateral lounges w/ a shoulder press, etc.
My highlight of the gym are all the hot men and that's pretty much the only reason I lift lol.0 -
