Did you stay within your nutritional goals? a tiny bit over. (Funny how I upped my calories and I'm having a harder time staying within the limit- "Give the girl an inch and she'll take a mile!" :laugh: )

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? NROL4W !
What would I have done differently? 1 less glass of wine - would have kept me under my calorie goal
What is today's personal goals? light aerobic activity -done, some desk work, enjoy my daughter here on a stopover for Spring Break (and her 6 friends) with out overindulging!

I weighed in today and now after losing 2.8 pounds after vacation I am up again.
This is a never ending cycle lately. I hope when the weather breaks I can get down

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Lots of moving. Helped my daughter with her fund-raising event for our church building project. Might have made up for no time on the elliptical
What would I have done differently? Was so hungry by the time the event rolled around I ate too much!

My work is promoting BE WELL in 2012 and there are prizes if I register and track my food\exercise until June 2012. Some interesting information on this website. Looks like I need to kick up my exercise if I want to lose weight.

I went away for the weekend again so I was MIA in my check in. Since my ski trip and this past weekend
I am up 2.4 lbs. The cycle keeps on going. Great during the week, then the weekend comes.:ohwell:

I was good until yesterday staying under my caloric intake, then I went over by 200. Today I have increased my pedometer count by 1000 already taking the stairs instead of the elevator and doing longer strides when walking. I feel energized and back on track! :glasses:0

Well friends, when I got on the scale on Monday I was really depressed. I have been in
a weigh in challenge here since January, and I was back to the beginning weight.
So I made a change, I lowered my calorie count from 1495 to 1400. Maybe this will
keep me more accountable. I found if I had all these extra calories at the end of day
I would eat at night because I thought I could , not so.
So I hope to see some results this week. Thanks for listening.0 -
