    I've got a 75 minute jazz + tap class in an hour. Normally on a Tuesday I also have 30-40 mins of walking, but this week I get to see my 8 year old doing his tap + jazz class, too.

    When I get off work I'll do W4D2 of Ease into 5k (I'm nervous, LOL). I also do a little bit of strength training and crunches first thing in the morning and then in the evening, daily.

    Not happening until after work, but today's workout will be -

    Warmup: 2km walk

    Circuit:
    Squats on Bosu Ball x20
    Dumbbell (5lb) Lateral Raises w/ twist x20
    Lunges on Bosu Ball x20 (10 per leg)
    Run around indoor track x1 (0.25km)
    Plank (1 min)
    Treadmill Walk 15% incline as fast as possible (3 mins - first circuit); Treadmill Manually Walk (while machine is off, 4 mins - 2nd circuit), Stationary Bike Sprints (30 seconds normal pace, 30 seconds fast as possible - 4 mins - final circuit)

    Repeat 3 times

    I know it doesn't sound like much but it completely kicks my *kitten*. Goal is to manage 5 reps of the circuit in 60 mins or less.

    Today! Jillian's 6 Week 6 Pack this morning; after work: 90 minutes of bikram yoga.

    I am really not quite sure. I absolutely LOVED Chalean Extreme, so definitely want to keep lifting involved. I am currently reading NROLFW, & looking into Kelly Coffey-Meyer. I have Turbo Jam and Rockin Body. I will probably incorporate a bit of this and that. If nothing else, I will just do another round of CLX!

    Today was CLX Get Lean Intervals - 378 cals!

    9km run this morning, weights tonight.....
  • 5k on the treadmill in 28.13 minutes followed by 30 minutes/2.54 miles trail blazer treadmill workout at a jog pace.
    I'll hit my abs and arms later today.
