7.0 mile run in 1:17:43, Avg Pace 11:07, Splits 11:11 - 10:57 - 11:04 - 11:11 - 11:12 - 11:12 - 10:56, 89F, DP 71, Partly Cloudy, slight breeze, Streak 23 days.
Was really starting to feel the high solar noon sun, temps, humidity and consecutive days running toward the end there. Had planned on 8 miles, my body decided 7 miles was plenty Actually, my body had decided 5 miles was plenty, but I sweet talked it for another 2 miles, lol.
Ran through a squadron of dragon flies, saw momma ducky and her two young ones again, lizards galore, and the usual squirrels. Saw another runner, the same one I saw before that gave me the weather report. He gave it to me again today
