Boot camp, back and bicep lifting session, possibly some HIIT this evening if the temps stay below 100!0

56 minute aerobics dvd,, 30 day shred then later tonight jog a mile walk a mile>>>>0

yesterday was a quick exercise due to lack of time 15 mins elliptical, 15 mins treadmill, 15 mins stairstepper for a total of 497 calories per my HRM.
Today will be probably the same cardio combo but 30 mins each station.0 -
Weights: Shoulders, Traps, Planks
Cardio: 60 min Arc Trainer, 25 min run, 5 min walk0 -
Just a twenty minute walk to the shop and back, still in the very early days though and just proud I didn't take the car
Good for you! This is how I started out. Walked around the block which was a feat in itself. Now several months later I walk between 60 and 90 mts each and every morning, including some pretty steep streets. Now you have started, keep going! Good Luck! Sandy.0 -
6.9 mile cycle commute to work, 200 cals.
7 mile interval run lunchtime [1.5M jog, 10 x 400m @ 6:00-7:00/mile pace with 200m/1:30 recovery, 1.5M jog], 700 cals.
17 mile mountain bike ride, 1757ft ascent this evening, 600 cals.
To be fair, Tuesday is a pretty heavy day as it's our usual MTB day and the interval day on my running schedule!0 -

Nike Training Club (NTC) 45 min "Competitor" workout followed by 15 min "Ab Blaster" workout, outside at 6:30am in 80 degrees heat with 70% humidity.0
