    Day 4 of Insanity. Cardio Recovery.
    How long have you been doing p90x? I tried it but it was super hard. I switched to Turbo Fire and am trying to get in better shape then try P90x again! Lol

    35 minute turbo sculpt in the morning and a 70 minute bike ride this evening

    Walked for an hour 2.7 miles
    rode bike to gym 8.64 miles @ 15 mph average
    core workout
    decline sit-up with 35 lb. wt. 4 sets of 15
    captain's chair leg iifts 4 sets of 25
    wood chopper cable 4 sets 15 reps 100lbs
    deadlift 4 sets 6 reps 155 lbs
    side bends dumbbell 2 sets 30 reps 65 lbs.
    back hyperextension 4 sets 25 reps
    30 minutes on elliptical
    rode bike home at @ 8 mph 8.64 miles
    that's about 3 hours of cardio and 1 hour of lifting.

    2 mile run - took about 17 minutes.
    6 week 6 pack level one - 30 minutes.

    Yesterday was 60 minute bike/30 minute run which was truly evil in this heat! Today was much more comfortable. 1 hr in the pool with the Master's group. A tough workout but very enjoyable.

    i did a couple blogilates videos (want you back arms challenge, glad you came calves challenge, and two POPcardio videos), 20 minutes of yoga, and practiced my cheers and dances for cheerleading for about 20 minutes.
