20 mins of Zumba on PS3. Should've been 45, but I couldn't get my butt out of bed early enough.

walking. at Zombie Escaping Speed (4.29 MPH by the way)

a more leisurely, 'the zombies have left these parts for now', walk (about 3.5MPH)

and about 15 minutes of FitDeck cards (Pilates, CoreBlast, etc)

that's about my limit right now (Post-surgery & anemic- slowly working up to more, like maybe actually Chasing Down the Zombie Horde , instead of briskly walking away)

20 minutes Leslie Sansone dvd. Not a lot but I'm trying to build the habit of doing at least *something* every day from doing pretty much nothing. Oh and 15 "sink pushups". Pushups leaning against the counter by the sink. Wall didn't seem to do much, and millitary was too much. I don't suppose I get to count swinging some kettleballs an the store, or swinging the 20lb cat litter jug around like a kettleball.

Yesterday I did another Leslie and Zumba, and a/c was out in class.

For Tuesday, it was 45 minutes on the elliptical and some random weights. My workout was interrupted after 15 minutes, which made me feel 'off' for the rest of it.
