Not sure which calorie burn to trust!
Hey guys, So I went out for a run this morning (16 miles) and wore both my BMF and my HRM (Garmin). The calories burned are massively discrepant between each other. I'm not sure which to believe! The HRM says I burned 1165 and the BMF says I burned 1708. That's like a 600 calorie difference... Which do you think is more…

So I just got a BMF link and as many of you users know that their food log pretty much sux lol. How do you do it with logging your foods here and using the BMF? From what I see they have an option to use an estimated calorie tab, but was wondering if there was any other specific way to do this... TIA :)

I hope this is not stupid question ;) I have my sodium set at 2500 If I am working out and need to eat more calories to make sure I am meeting my BMR.....does that mean it is okay for the sodium intake to go over 2500? Or should I still try to keep it below that?
