One month in and.........
Totally bummed! 2 kg weight gain and no inches lost.....started the gym around the same time. 4-6 days a week, 30 mins cardio and 20 mins weight training..... Feeling like this is not working for me, my eating has not been great for the last week but other than that I try to eat clean. Any help out there ??

Other than going into a full reset, the only adjustment I can do right now (except for going down) is to eat at about 2700 calories a day. OMG! My TDEE average is a little under 3100.
