I very much dislike...
Coconut oil. I just can't do it. I hate coconut anyway so I just can't get over the taste. I made fat bombs last night with butter, coconut oil, and cocoa powder that go in your coffee. They smelled good. I went to drink it. Vomit. Ugh!

Warning TMI bathroom issues

Who would have thought....
I would be so excited about getting a ham and cheese omelet this morning. Instead of the tiny cubed slimy pieces of ham, I got real ham steak pieces! Yum. Before this WOE I would have been excited more about the hash browns (which I didn't get). And I'm doing weight this morning. I do miss my sweets a lot though!

Help with lunch
I didn't bring anything for lunch we are out of groceries at home. I have several places around me to get food. Includes, Wendys, Hardees, McDonalds, Arby's, Taco Bell Which one should I choose and what should I get? Oh or Jimmy Johns as well?

Feeling good....
We went out to eat tonight. I had a taco salad without the shell. It had grilled chicken, lettuce, sour cream, shredded cheese, and their cheese sauce. I'm fairly certain some of it had carbs but I had some to spare. Also I've had a couple of people tell me today I looked skinnier.

Help a girl out....
So I brought egg muffin for breakfast (egg, sausage, cheese, spinach). For lunch I threw stuff together. Two string cheese, 3 boiled eggs, pepperoni slices, leftover crumbled sausage, and cottage cheese. I don't know if I'll eat it all but hey at least I have a variety! I haven't started the program yet, waiting to get cleared from PT on my shoulder. But I am curious what do you do on a rest days? Do you still do some kind of cardio or other type of exercise?
