I'm going back for my Master's this fall and I am just starting my fitness journey. I am a bit worried I will get busy in my studies and fall off the wagon and stop exercising and tracking calories. Late Night Snacking Challenge - August 19th - Day 1
What does late night snacking mean for me? It means to refrain from eating anything after 7:00 p.m.. This includes snacks. I can drink tea instead or drink water if I want something before bedtime.
