Manual Step Entry?
Is there a place I can enter steps using a manual pedometer? I don't have (or want) an electronic app, but I would like to enter my step counts manually. I don't care about the calories burned.. Just want to enter the actual number so I can track it over time.

Website for muscle groups and exercises
I remember about 10 years ago visiting a website where you could click on muscle groups like "chest" or "biceps" and it would show you a HUGE range of exercises targeting that muscle. I am about to make a new program and would like some inspiration. Does anybody know what I am talking about or if a similar tool exists?

I am not trying to lose or gain. I recently started working out a little over 2 weeks ago. I am struggling to eat back the brunt calories during the day. Using a running track when it's below freezing
