My wife sabotages my progress
I don't think she does it on purpose, we work in two different countries and do not see each other frequently. I am going to see her for 2 weeks, normally she over feeds me (I never leave food) my morning exercise routine normally fails within 2 or 3 days and when I want to run she says I'll come for a walk with you, so my…

Rid of lower belly fat
Beside clean eating, what exercise is the best to help shape and flatten the lower belly? Incline treadmill, ab workout, or doing squats and such? I would love example of what I need to do. I only want to lose 10lbs, but I'd like my lower stomach to be flatter. Thanks in advance!

Looking for something new
I’ve been training for a while and am bored. I’m thinking of signing up for a bunch of planet fitness and golds gym classes just to try them out. Anyone else go through this and have any advice? Mostly looking for muscle building without getting a trainer. Will probably move on to a trainer if I can’t find what I’m looking…

Little HUGE Fitness Accomplishments
I’m gonna crow about something. This is such a small thing, almost seems not worth mentioning but to me, it’s HUGE. I’m so PROUD. I’ve been doing Pilates every week of my journey. I’ve lost 60 lbs., and today for the first time ever I was able to do a quad stretch while grabbing onto my ankles, not the hem of my sweat…

Incline walk vs running
Anyone switched from running to incline treadmill walks and had weight loss success? How do I train?

Apple Watch
So do you think the move calories on the Apple Watch are correct? Lately I’ve been hitting over 1,000 everyday or at least 900. I feel burning like that I should be seeing results faster? Or maybe not. I just feel like I should be getting thinner at a faster rate. My diet is fair. I cut some things out like pop and adding…
