I have bigger calf’s and I’m worried that if I loose weight my calf’s will still be bigger and I won’t loose weight in them I’ll just gain muscle and they will still be bigger

Okay, so I was just wondering what peoples opinions on calories vs. macros were. Do you stop eating (even if you are under your calorie goal) if you are close to going over your macro goals i.e. sugar, fat, etc. ? I’m struggling to eat portions consistently
