Why did I gain weight...?
So I have gained 3 pounds this week and I had started walking 10k steps a day last Thursday 1/23/25 and today is 2/1/25 and I've only missed my goal of 10k one day out of the week I also have only eaten my calorie goal of max 1600 but on most days I ate less than that.. anyone know why this may be?

Can I eat back exercise calories?
I’ve been using MyFitnessPal with Negative Calorie Adjustment and Exercise Calorie Adjustments both enabled. It adds up calories when I exercise and deduct calories when I’m sedentary. Can I consume back the Exercise Calories that I have burned through exercise?

Regarding calories adjustment
Today I reached one of my weight goals and the app increased my calories by 200. Is this normal? I still have 40lbs to loose and adjusted my goal.
