interesting discoveries regarding satiation
When I exercise in the morning I am less likely to binge that day. Also yesterday I didn't workout, last night at dinner I tried to limit myself but I was so darned hungry... nothing satisfied until I ate a cup of Act II extreme butter popcorn.
