I add my steps from treadmill in my daily steps. I don't add my exercises. Should I be set to active, if my daily steps are over 15,000?

VSG and gain
I had vsg in September 2019 and maintained for 5 years. This last few months I've experienced gain and I am freaking out. I don't want to gain any more and am looking everywhere for tips. I am 58 and have a sedentary job. Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I don't believe my exercise calories, they are estimates and I turn my off for weight loss in MFP.
