Because I refuse to give up on a healthy me. My conclusion? My failure was that I…

IT seems to be working on the diary again. many, many decimals in food amount
So basically, when I log 1.6 units of something in 100g I get 1.6000000003451 or something like this. That's very useful. Logging on 0.5 or 1 still get just no or one decimal. Very useful indeed. Anyone else notice this? I found this in both the iOS app and web environment.

When to adjust macros/calories?
Hi all, I started my health journey about 17 weeks ago. A family member passed away and it was a difficult time for me and my family. In my grief, I focused on how I can adopt a healthier lifestyle so that I can age as well as I can. I read the book OutLive and it was eye opening. All that said, I have been tracking my…

Log it before you eat it!
Hello to anyone new to MFP, I am new to the discussion boards but not the application. I have used it several times to lose weight. A rule that really helps me is: LOG IT BEFORE YOU EAT IT! When Did Logging Start to Feel Normal for You?
Just curious, how long did it take before logging your food felt like part of your day and not a chore? I’m a few weeks in. It’s getting easier, but I still forget random snacks sometimes. Also kinda proud when my diary actually looks balanced at the end of the day. Anyone else feel that?
