Hello, im a 21yr old male who dont know what to do. I have a belly fat but my arms are not big compared to the belly, im going to the gtm consistently for around 1 month now (3-4x per week) but i dont know if i should cut first or maintain the weight while building muscle. Im 171cm and currently 79.6kg (morning weight)…

Weight scale in graphs scientifically incorrect
Dear all, How do you feel about the adjusting scale in the weight graphs? It really bothers me that the graphs display the scale from the highest to the lowest weight, so that the weight axis scale doesn’t start at 0 kg. This makes weight changes seem huge, even though in the bigger picture, it might only be a 0.8 kg…

"One weekend ruined months!" - NOPE!
Just thought I'd post this for the people who have worked so hard, seen the scale go down, let their hair down for one weekend and freaked out to see months of progress seemingly wiped out in a couple of days. What body fat percent do you think I am?
I am a male I don’t see my abs while relaxing but when I flex I see my top two abs and my bottom abs are just starting to peak through but don’t have the groove like my top two I believe im at 15 percent or so.

I need help with the 1240 calories daily that my profile said I should have.
I am new to MyFitnessPal, I am 73 and not active and my goal is to get rid of the 7 lbs I gained. When I set up my profile it said I could have 1240 calories daily, I am not very active and I have been unable to stay at that 1240. Exercise Calories why I don't use them.
Hi, I don't believe my exercise calories, they are estimates and I turn my off for weight loss in MFP. I cycle and it can say I burned 400 calories to 600 calories for the same ride, at the same watts. I know on days that I ride I can add a few more calories, but no where near what the exercise was.
