How do I input the entire pot of food and then work out a portion by grams?
I cook for the family, so I would like to be able to weight each item then weight the finish pan of food afterwards. I would then weigh my portion and have the app work out the calories etc for me. I can't find a way to have an entry repeated daily, every day?
I want to add a continaully repeating entry into my diary, as in 250 mls of milk daily. The quick tools does not have this option. I cannot believe the premium version of MFP doesnt have some way of doing this?
