Musings on losing from a tall guy
No this isn't humble bragging, just some thoughts that might help other tall people keep perspective, and know that they are not alone. One thing that seemed nice about being tall was that another 20lbs hardly showed on my frame. The downside of this is that when I lose 20lbs….you guessed it…hardly shows! I kind of chuckle…

What is the best way to just start having AF days?
I am doing well on managing my diet, other than wine. I commit to skipping it every day, but at 5:00, I cave in. My husband does not drink, which act makes it worse. And I also do worse at home than when I’m out. I would like to have at least 3 AF days/week. Would love suggestions! Thank you

How do you stay on track during grief?
I have Bipolar and am scared it will trigger a manic episode. I just found out my dad has cancer and we don't know how long he has left, whether it's months or years. I don't know if I need to be careful from now or wait until/ if he dies. I don't want to regain the 25kg or stop eating. He doesn't want that either. I don't…

Bucket List Trip
After beating breast cancer, my bucket list item has literally fallen in my lap. A trip to Europe. Unfortunately, because of the hormone blocker I'm on to keep the cancer at bay, also causes weight gain and swelling. It's a battle to be sure. The trip isn't until July, so I am doing what I can right now. Tracking my foods.…
