Got sick set back
last week I got a stomach virus and was in bed with a brat diet. My determined exercise routine was interrupted and I’m finding it hard to ramp back up. Finally took a gentle yoga class to remind my body that it feels good to move. Today resumed my walks. Whew

Motivation?
Hi guys, Im having a really hard time staying motivated in both keeping a healthy diet and also continuing working out. It seems I do fine for about 2 weeks and then I just slowly stop working out and then slowly stop staying in my calorie deficit. Does anyone have any ideas that could help with this?

Non stop hungry/ thoughts of food all day
I have been on tirzepitide since 2/25 and lost 40lbs. I had to get off of it cause it was $500 a month insurance won’t cover it. I am really struggling with food thoughts and non stop hungry. I started taking turmeric curcumin it’s supposed to help with craving, not good so far. Any advice?
