Question on Homemade Greek Yogurt
I've heard this is easy to make, and found a recipe to try, but when I build it into MFP, I see the protein count which is around 5g and it makes me wonder how does commercial yogurt get 12g? Also: how much would I actually get from this recipe: 2 cups low fat milk (1%) 1/4 cup plain yogurt

Low sodium recipes not low sodium
Low sodium recipes posted by my fitness pal are not low sodium. They don’t even have the sodium nutrition facts posted calories posted not sodium. The recipes include salt & salty ingredients. Who is posting this? They can amend these to really be low sodium if they wanted. Why they don’t I don’t know.
