Hi guys looking for some healthy keto meals and snacks ATM I'm fasting and eat 2 meals a day with a few snacks and tea and coffee. Try to aim for 500 calories a meal. Any recipies will be much appreciated.

Creating a recipe using another recipe as an ingredient
Does anyone know if it’s possible to use a recipe you already created as an ingredient in creating another recipe? I make my own mayo, so I input the ingredients as a recipe titled Mayo. I’d like to create another recipe using some of that mayo as an ingredient. Possible?

Recipes not saving?
Anyone else having issues trying to save new recipes created or editing existing ones? Every time I create new or edit then save changes aren't saving...frustrated!!!!

Protein Pancake Recipe...super easy
Got this recipe from my powerlifting friend last weekend. It is the boss. 35g of protein, 440 Kcal (depending on topping). Would highly recommend. Just chuck everything, other than the topping (I choose choc shot and banana) into a blender, cook in a non stick pan, eat. Simples.

Ham and swiss
1 high fiber wheat tortilla (50 cal) 2 oz. Deli black forest ham (70 cal) 1 oz. Swiss cheese (110 cal) Spray cookie sheet with pam, lay tortilla. Put ham flat on top with Swiss sprinkled on Bake 350 for about 15 min. Fold like a wrap. Enjoy
