Woohoo!!
I am no longer in the "overweight" range! My BMI is exactly 25. :drinker: My goal weight is 145, which would put me at a 22.5 BMI, according to MFP. Sounds good enough for me!

How you fight the cravings??
I find myself being tempted all the time. I've even caught myself going "Oh I can start over again the next day. The only problem is that day never comes!! I do so good for a week or so, then it comes out of nowhere. Anyone have any tricks?? I am soooooo frustrated.

I DID IT!!!!!!!!!

Finally punched through a plateau!!
Something shocking happened last night & I'm really stoked about it. I've worked my way up to running a 5 mile course a couple times a week, generally completing the run in 46 - 48 minutes. I finally did it!
I've gone to the gym for 2 days so far. I got a membership a few days ago, and I'm actually using it, and I feel so great and healthy. I like this feeling, it's motivating me to keep it up.

I set a goal for myself to lose 60 pounds by Christmas. I'm 7 pounds away! The first pic is from Christmas 2007, and the second pic is from just yesterday! I am finally home from the Hospital now......
