Oh yeah, for sure. In fact you can see my "wings" in that photo on the right, and the photo was carefully cropped not to show the big baggy flaps hanging down below my shoulder blades. My neck, thighs, chest, back, arms, and of course my stomach. I've got an appointment next week with a plastic surgeon to talk about it.15 -

from XXXL to L/XL t-shirt, 42 waist to 34 waist, and from 285 lbs to 185 lbs (I am building muscle and maintaining my weight around 185-195 now)

255 to 200...Heck yes I’m going to flaunt it... cause I LITERALLY worked my butt off to get here. I pushed for months until going to the gym became a habit. I pushed until I started seeing results. I pushed through tough times and times I just wanted to sit on my couch and eat crap. I pushed through injuries and negative thoughts. I pushed when I didn’t believe. I pushed when the people around me wouldn’t. At the end of the day it’s you vs you. All the rest? Excuses. ~ Elo 💋

I love this! You have summed it all up! It’s always you vs you. And if you get the mind right, the body will follow. But it all takes hard work, consistency and perseverance.
