    Tonight's "sort of" my night off so I'm just doing some ab work.

    My exercise for today was the Elliptical for 30 minutes, I also did the Jillian Michaels dvd-"No more trouble zones", but it isn't in their database,,,wish I knew how many calories I burned doing the dvd...

    This morning I did 30DS level 2, then Turbo Jam Cardio Party. Before dinner I swam for about 25 mins in my pool.

  • Did Active.com's Couch to 5K, week 1 day two.

    Then went to my kettlebell gym and hit this:

    Strength Ladders:

    Round 1 — See-Saw Press x 1,2,3,4,5 per side 18kgs

    Round 2 — 1 Arm Rows x 2,4,6,8,10 per side 24kgs

    Round 3 — Windmills x 1,2,3,4,5 per side 20 kgs

    Round 4 — Goblet Squat x 2,4,6,8,10 24kgs

    Bonus Challenge Round!

    4 Minutes 20secs on 10 off
    Squat Thrusts
    Russin swings 16kgs

    I ran 2 miles :) However, I also sprained my ankle :( so I'm resorting back to my bike for a few weeks and my trusty ankle brace.

    weight trainig for my arms 5 sets of 20 with 10 lb dumbells, 6 sets of 20 on the bow flex with 80 lbs
    5 mins of rowing with the bowflex
    5 mins 120 reps on the cardio glide at maximum resistance
    25 mins of stationary bike

    not as much work out as previously when I had 25 mins insted of the bike but a leg/foot injury has me on the bike instead.
    hope I am working hard enough to continue losing weight. I will know Friday.
