Goal 15 miles(10outside and 5inside)
03/28 -0 outside, 0 inside-ended up taking hubby to an emergency dentist appointment, then he was a baby all day and had to take care of him lol.
03/29 -0 outside, 3 inside-dang weather needs to warm back up.
03/30 -1.16 outside, 0 inside
03/31 -0 outside, 0 inside-Took hubby to oral surgeon for consultation, worked on race car to get it ready for the weekend.
04/01 -2.10 outside, 0 inside-Was going to do more but spent 4 hours trimming bushes that have been let go for the past probably 10 years (I was tired of looking at the nasty mess and still have more to do). Im not even half way through.

Can I change my weigh in day to today please lol I weighed myself this am and I was at 173.4. Yesterday I was at 175.4. I like this weight better. hehehe So I am going to change it.

Gained 1 lb and 4 oz. Boooo
Saturday - April 2 - 173.4 hehehe
Total Loss as far as I am concered lol - 3.6 lbs
Waist is now at 37.5 " I lost 1/2 an inch. Not too bad.0 -

LOL! Sure you can. That's great, way to go! I took measurements for the first time yesterday because the pounds are not coming off but the clothes feel better, hopefully I will see a loss in the measurements too.0 -

hope everyone is having a good weekend! we are dog sitting today, and feeling pretty good so i took her for a walk and added another mile! not my normal speed, but that's ok..i got er done! now time to do shoulder exercises. :flowerforyou:0

OK, I did another Leslie Sansone DVD tonight (my second today. She's very infectious! :happy)
Her "Walk and Kick" workout introduces Kickboxing moves and is so much fun! It's 30 minutes long and I burned about 302 calories doing it. Another great Leslie workout!!!0 -
