I started the day with a low impact Jane Fonda aerobic video before work, I will power walk at lunch, and then I have a date this evening with Billy Blanks for PT 24/7.0

Mine for today was T25 Beta - Core Cardio and Dynamic Core. Had to double up as was behind, not a good one to double on as very similar so was first time I've felt a bit bored during T25.0 -
Today 0600-0645 Stronglifts 5X5. Tomorrow, 0600-0700 Cardio (elliptical). Wednesday, back to Stronglifts. Thursday, Cardio (stationary bike). Friday, Stronglifts. Weekend, minimum 2hr hike in the mountains. then repeat.....0
