    Lower body day including deadlifts and Smith Machine squat for about an hour. Didn't do a specific body part as if I had, I would have been in there for a shorter period of time.

    I have walked about 6 miles and also as it was raining on my break at work spent 10 minutes jogging up and then down 20 floors of stairs

    I did some cardio on the elliptical in the morning and then did legs at the gym. I was able to squat 180x1 a little easier this time and I'm hoping I'll be able to add more weight next leg day!

  • I'mreally ttrying to get back in the gym so I did 20 minutes interval training on the treadmill and 10 minutes of the stair elliptical. 3 sets of wright's on my legs and core and planking for 2:30!!! B)
