Bench at 115 lbs, barbell hip thrusts at 150 lbs and Bent over rows at 100 lbs.0

Lower body day including deadlifts and Smith Machine squat for about an hour. Didn't do a specific body part as if I had, I would have been in there for a shorter period of time.0

I went to most of a full body workout (can't do anything lying on the matt for a few weeks). Also a ballet class0

I have walked about 6 miles and also as it was raining on my break at work spent 10 minutes jogging up and then down 20 floors of stairs0

I did some cardio on the elliptical in the morning and then did legs at the gym. I was able to squat 180x1 a little easier this time and I'm hoping I'll be able to add more weight next leg day!0

I'mreally ttrying to get back in the gym so I did 20 minutes interval training on the treadmill and 10 minutes of the stair elliptical. 3 sets of wright's on my legs and core and planking for 2:30!!!0
