fly hum something with the shoulders,side to side, 4x10

I took Whipped at the Equinox. It's a class with a bunch of stations around the room, cardio core and strength, done in teams. It was FUN.
I had enough time to do a little elliptical first but instead I helped set up.0 -

T25 cardio. Maybe a walk if I don't 6,000 steps by the time I get home from work.0
