    Friday night speed work on the bike. 52 mins. burned 800 calories. so I could eat a 1/4 cup of m&m's.

    dips on parallel bars 4x10
    bicep curl with dumbell 4x20
    cup press? with 2 hands 4x15
    fly hum something with the shoulders,side to side, 4x10
    military press 4x10
    weird bench like for biceps with Z bar 4x20
    bicep curl with arm resting on the knee kinda 4x20

    I really need to learn the names lol

    Evening: 2 mile walk, then weights (30 minutes)

    I took Whipped at the Equinox. It's a class with a bunch of stations around the room, cardio core and strength, done in teams. It was FUN.

    I had enough time to do a little elliptical first but instead I helped set up.
