    Last night was a struggle. Our youngest and her husband stopped at our house for the night. They arrived just before the conclusion of a very important (OU) game, so just before 9…my cutoff. Between the stress/elation of the game and socializing, my childish self WANTED munchies! Adulting won out and I finished my water instead. ;-) …

    Goals for WEEK:
    Water: Full gallon (128 oz) at least 5 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (7/7) …
    Sleep: Seven hours at least 5 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (6/7) …
    LNS: Eat nothing after 9 p.m. 6 of 7 days per week. … WIN! (7/7) …

    We're really glad you're here! Wow! I'm sorry LNS has eroded your victory, but that is still a wonderful victory. You're among friends and I've found this group to be a good accountability group, challenging and encouraging me.
