    What is today's personal goals? low calories, water, do PT & walk around Greenlake
    Mood today? I have a day off and plan to get a healthy start to the new year. My head and neck aches are better. Don't really know why.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? For New Year's Eve we went to Zoo Lights so we walked a bunch while celebrating! Then we came home and made a healthy yummy dinner!

    What is today's personal goals? some exercise and PT
    Mood today? I upped my steps last week and started to lose some of the Holiday Gain
