    As of 8th of August I've had 295 minutes counted.

    9th: Didn't do much
    10th: 40 minutes KB session.
    11th: Had a nice walk, including a lot of hills for 120 minutes.
    12th and 13th: Nothing much
    14th: 60 minutes gym session.

    Currently at 515 minutes.

    After investigating my activities/duration I found some miscalculations/discrepancies on my activity tracking apps, I've corrected the mistakes and I don't quite have as much time invested as I originally thought but with today's activities I'm still pretty close and will be able to hit 24hrs tomorrow ; )

    Had a great paddle and got to hang with a pod of dolphins for a few minutes as they swam past me. Always a great day on the water, but even better when you see the dolphins. Unfortunately, I've fallen off of doing my nightly planks again. Got sucked into watching the Olympics instead of finishing my workout.

    Aug 13 - 408 km cycling (1485 min) ... no, that's not a typo. :grin: My husband and I rode a 400 km randonnee starting at 7 am on Saturday 13 August and finishing 24 hours and 45 minutes later. I have the story almost ready to post to my blog, but essentially ...

    We've been training for this for the past two months and chose this particular one because it fit in our schedules and was relatively flat. We started strongly, but at the 200 km point, I broke a tooth (the tooth was in questionable condition to begin with) which made the remaining 200 km a little more challenging than I had hoped. Breathing through my mouth was painful, so I was reduced to breathing through my nose. And eating was painful, so I ran rather low on energy. I was hoping to finish within 24 hours, but I guess an extra 45 minutes wasn't too bad. :)
    We rolled into the start location at 7:45 am on Sunday.


    Aug 15 - 0.5 km walking (7 min) ... airport.

    Aug 16 - 3 km walking (35 min) ... to the beach and back to stretch things out.
