    Thanks. I will definitely be getting myself back on track with the calories today. I ate like I used to and felt yucky and sluggish, had heartburn, water retention from too much sodium...my body can't handle pizza and beer any more.     Every year me and my work go for burgers for my birthday, and that was last night. Afterwards I had piles of booze and on the way home I got a pizza!!! I felt pretty grim today!!! My actual birthday isn't until 5th August, but that clashes with my work colleague's wedding so I brought the burgers forward slightly.

    Good news on the exercise calories then.

    So far this week I've burned off:

    Monday, 45 mins, Beatbox, 500 cals
    Tuesday, 45 mins, Spinning, 500 cals
    Wednesday, 45 mins, Spinning, 430 cals
    Thursday, 45 mins, circuit class, 350 cals, 45 mins, yummy bummy class, 290 cals

    For seemingly millions of years, I've been between 172.2 and 173.8lbs.

    I was behaving myself with the food last night until I walked to the pub and then there was lots of drinking, and a trip to the Burger King.

    Today however, A LOSS!!! I am reporting A LOSS!!! Wooo, yeah!!! AND, ON A SUNDAY!!! I've not been away this weekend for the first time in millions of years. Photo comiing!!!

    Hopefully everyone else's weigh in will go well too.

    Kim, I think you met the goal a long time before you thought you did. I added it up like 5 times.

    Tuesday=27
    Wednesday=27
    Friday=87
    Saturday=27+46=73
    Total = 286, not 214.

    Mae, I am sorry that you are frustrated this week. I think the best thing is just to look for triggers or habits and try to change them. Have you tried to do "The Shred". It will definitely just start your metabolism.

    I weighed in yesterday and was 351, down 1 lb again this week. So frusturating,, only 1 lb but i`ll take any loss and I should be happy about it, right? :wink:

    Aww, I'm sorry Jayme. I wasn't sure if you were still with us since I didn't hear from you on Sunday. I know several people have weighed in late before but I have to be more deadline oriented now. The kids aren't back at school yet, but the teachers are and I won't have time to do the postings on Mondays. (Another reason I originally said it was a Sunday weigh-in). You are welcome to keep following on the thread and doing challenges with us. :flowerforyou:
