I am still doing well on the late snacks.But I still need to work on over all food intake.1

We used to have a weekly group working on this! A few years back, I took a break from MFP for a while.
Now I've got trouble with daily snacks as well... I compensate that by burning out more but that's not the long-term solution...

If you really wanna snack, try veggies! Cucumbers are my fave snack0

Feeling kind if emotional .Like I want to eat a whole pizza. But I won't I am better then that. So long since I had a late snack. There be no snacking tonight!!!!0

Something I recently discovered about late-night snacking: make sure you are getting enough protein earlier in the day.
I just found out I wasn't getting enough protein, so i upped my protein intake. Wouldn't you know this solved the problem!1 -
It's funny you say that I have been trying to get more protein. It seems to help

So I have done very well with not snacking at night. I just don't know how to take down the post lol0

Nothing wrong with snacking but chose healthy snacking more often than junk food is key. Try to keep fresh cut veggies in the fridge. That way you can just grab them when you are hungry. You won't have to cut them up. This is what I am doing.0
