Here's the 24 hour challenge thread for FEBRUARY. Let's do it again!! And welcome to any newcomers!
The goal is to accomplish at least 24 hours of exercise during the month.(MORE IS GREAT) Any type of activity that you would log in your exercise diary counts (both cardio and strength training) ~ walking, running, paddling, biking, swimming, gardening, weight training, dancing, HIIT, aerobics, elliptical, rowing, circuit training, stretching, etc. You get the idea.
For you BEASTS out there (you know who you are), if you want to do more, just post your personal goal that is over the baseline challenge goal.
And for anyone who wants to join part of the way through, just post a comparable goal to finish out the month (for example, joining half way through, post a goal of 12 hours).
There is no group for this and no private messages needed. No fancy spreadsheets either, just report your running totals here in the thread.
Happy Exercising!!

this is more for tracking active time, so on your fitbit app it shows you how many minutes of active time you did.
15 mins = 1/4
30 = 1/2
45 = 3/4
60 = 1hour
so if you show 122 mins youd have log 2.0 active hours, hopefully that helps.2 -

This challenge has been invaluable to me for a long time now!!
Words really can express my gratitude...3 -
Thanks @JDMac82 for bringing us into February! The accountability this group has given me has helped me stick to my exercise program and lose 10 pounds in January. I still have a long way to go; but, happily, it is in a direction I am pleased with going! See you on the 1st!2

@JDMac82 Thanks for being our host! It’s a great party!
I think I’ll stick to 40hrs in this short month, the crazy person in me wants to say 50 but that just seems daunting and maybe unnecessary to push myself to. But now that I’ve thrown 50hrs out into the universe...
