    3/5 - 80 min cardio (walk 20-20-40 min)
    3/6 - 50 min cardio (walk 30-20 min)

    Goal is 1,440 minutes (24 or more hours)
    Total for month = 175 minutes

    March 5 - 60 days of Strength Training
    March 6 - 50 minute run and 30 kettlebell workout

    Total for month = 315 minutes

    March 7 - 60 minute Strength Training Together class
    March 8 - 33 minute run

    Total for month = 408 minutes

    March 9 - Rest Day
    March 10 - 60 minutes (30 minute run and 30 minutes of weights)

    Total for month = 468 minutes

    03/09 23 min dumbbell circuit training, 10 min abs, 45 min walk, 78min
    03/10 Rest day- I didn't do much but made banana bread
    03/11 21 min walk, 24 min dumbbell hiit workout, 45 min total

    Total to date 11.78 hrs or 707 min

    Fifty in February might have been a freak occurrence. March slowly gets a bit busier for me. I think 40 hours is attainable.
