Weird foods/combinations you eat

I make my coffee with ghee butter, have it every morning. Also love avocados with sunny side up eggs on top, sprinkle of pepper. If I’m feeling lazy with the eggs I’ll have the avocados with extra virgin olive oil.
I enjoy eating cashews while I’m drinking almond milk.
& lastly I love chicken feet, and biting the bones from any meat, chicken or beef (though chicken bones tends to be easier to break) and eating the bone marrow.
I tend to do well with these foods but yeah people usually think it’s gross, especially the chicken feet. It’s great if you know how to cook it.
THe only thing I think is weird but made me smile was the bones. I dated a musician whose nickname was Bones because he'd do the same with chicken bones growing up.1 -

I love slightly burned food! With popcorn, especially air popped in the microwave, I put it in long enough to burn a little for extra flavor. If it makes a big black chunk in the middle I'll toss the blackened stuff but keep the charred pieces. Well-roasted brussel sprouts with charred leaves are the absolute best!2 -

There's definitely a fine line between blackened, charred and BURNED. haha1 -
Vietnamese garlic noodles are a really unlikely recipe but I love it.

My method is not very precise. I drizzle oil on cut edges and griddle cut side down on a hot cast iron griddle pan until blackened to my liking. If you prefer your lettuces softer you can flip them and soften the backs on lower heat.1 -

Because I had to buy regular cottage cheese (5 containers to get the sale price) and not the no salt added I like, I've been mixing half a serving of the cottage cheese with half a serving of 0% nonfat greek yogurt. You get a bigger serving with a bit of texture.
