No jumping in this one, but wow my shoulders got tired as nearly every move uses arms overhead to get your heart rate up. This one is ok, but she was a bit too chatty for me.

Went to my basement wo room and turned on my "smart" tv and it was dumb... clicked on youtube and it didn't know who I was... so I clicked on sign in and it didn't recognize my email... so I continued as a guest to find an upper body wo real quick... it says youtube not available?!?! I decided to have my hubby as my trainer and did what he did which was abs calves & tricep weight wo! Kinda like a "body for life" wo we used to do! 🙂 I'll try to fix my tv sometime today...

Google and YouTube were crashing globally. So glad they came back quickly. Mine was down about 15 min or so...long enough for me to do a treadmill walk and a shower...then they were back.1 -
