    Wasn't a tip so as much as getting some blood work back and the PA being like "So, you're glucose is a little high. It's not a guarantee for diabetes but we should keep an eye on that..."

    I am completely confused by this. 6 teaspoons of sugar is 96 calories. Three servings of half and half is like 45.

    Where are you finding half and half thats 10 or 12 calories per serving?

    Even my fat free is 20 calories per 30ml/2tbsp serving, and it’s the lowest I found.

    Would LOVE to find one that’s lower so I can have more!!!
