Tired of this sciatica pain - need to work my legs! So I tried this one and was able to follow along a little bit slower
and then tried this one... working core is supposed to be good for sciatica but a bolt of pain went down my leg saying "NO"
so then I did this one but could not do the pigeon stretch which is a stretch that I usually love!?!?

Better to keep moving and do workouts designed for sciatica than nothing at all... right?
It's called "Low Impact Cardio Workout Safe for Sciatica or Low Back Pain for Women Over 40"
It says "cardio" but my fitbit bpm begs to differ!

5.5 mile skate with 11mph winds on 50 calories... not the best idea, had to stop halfway through to eat my finish snack. Loved it though, would have gone longer but needed more food0
