    Omg!!! I am so stoked!

    Today I did deads...
    10x135lb
    5x165lb
    5x195lb
    Then
    8,8,11x225lb!

    My current (tested 1rm is 280 - and it was ugly). This calcs out to a potential 1rm of 312!

    Guys...my all time goal was to get 1 rep at 300lb. I'm on track to hit (or best that!!)

    There's no worry about that! While I was doing my lifts there were two late teen boys moving 4 plates on each side of the bar like it was a warm up. 😳🤣

    I have work to do!

    I am so close to my goal of a deadlift 1rm of 300lb that I can taste it!

    Incline dumbbell bench press: 8 x 12.5kg, 2 sets. Push week, new PB. :)

    Oh i feel like you are there already Sandy, but making the step from 275 to 300 is probably too much.

    Really stoked for you that you got 4x275

    Oh, I am pretty sure I have it. I am just starting week 7 and then I will do the 1rm tests. I am trying very hard to wait til week 8. haha

    This week all my lifts are 3 sets of 2+ reps at 95%. We'll see how that goes!

    Man i love the machines your gym has, mine has almost none of those (no smith, leg curl or calf raise)
    It could make my programming easier

    Gus, thank you brother. I first stepped foot in that gym in 1998 and 90 plus % of that equipment was in there then. I enjoy the vibe there.

    You know... The more I see this particular gif, the more I think that his legs look like moulded plastic when he contracts. You could EASILY be an action figure in the flexed pose.

    Just saying.

    I would totally want a Chris action figure. Especially in his uniform.
