You should definitely be proud! However, I am a believer in taking a forced week off (give or take) every once in a while. I tend to be a little more down on myself during that time but it's worth it 100% once I get back into the gym, well-rested and ready to kick *kitten*. Embrace the lack of motivation and take this time…

1) I typically sleep in a t-shirt, sweatshirt, pants and socks. No joke, ask the husband (sexy, I know...) 2) Simply, I like to have a sec to see what I look like naked at the moment. Consistency!

Stronglifts 3x week 30-50 minutes of cardio 1 or 2 times per week

I buy and drink a variety of tea - typically I drink mostly green tea. Mother in law signed me up for a tea of the month club - it's loose leaf tea and I've really enjoyed discovering all the different types out there. Don't add anything to my tea.

You can start here... http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/healthy-recipes/NU00585 http://greatist.com/health/healthy-recipe-substitutions/ ...I would start by slowly reducing the amount of greasy, buttery, processed foods you eat currently.

Do you guys have TVs in the cardio area? I choose my treadmill based on what channel I want to watch. It just so happens to be next to the same guy most every time who is there before me.... but then again, I *assume* he chooses his because of the station choice. I'm sure he is smart enough to know I choose the spot based…

Try pointing your toes out at about a 20-30' angle.
-
What does your stance position look like (feet) and where are your toes pointed?

Definitely has more to do with what you eat. I am a US 2/4 but still get a lil' pooch if I drink a lot and eat l like crap.

1, How long did you plan? • about a year 2. How much did you spend? (sorry if that's personal) Was this more/less than you planned? • not sure.. the alcohol bill alone was $12k. it was not a cheap wedding. 3. How many people were invited/ how many showed up? • invited about 250, 150 came (it was 95% out of town wedding;…

You did an hour of cardio work before hitting the treadmill?? That's a lot... try running first next time, I'm not surprised you zonked out earlier than you thought you would. When I first started, I think I could do about 10 minutes TOPS at 5.5 :D

It has to become a priority. Good luck. If you want it, you can do it!

I agree! I wish I could TRAIN with most of you!!

I didn't let it ruin my day, but my squats sucked really bad this morning. Couldn't find my balance, so I moved on to a different exercise. I was mad at my balance, and even more that I quit.

10-15 min warm up on the treadmill 30-60 minutes for weight training, depending on my goals for the day and what I'm working (3-4 days/week) Stretch 10-20 minutes afterwards, depending on how I'm feeling. 2x week I do HIIT sprints for 20-40 minutes, depending on how I'm feeling - and I'm actually working half that time.…

I've been grazing these last few weeks - eat when I'm hungry and don't when I'm not. Also have been experimenting with a 14-hour fast (ends at lunchtime) - I workout before going into the office in the morning. Still hitting calorie goals and macros. Drink at least a gallon of water a day (either straight or via green…

I've been making those for a long time - 4 servings of All Whites (128g of egg whites) and 1/2 banana = 1 pancake. Mix it up, throw it in a small pan over medium heat. Don't expect it to taste like a pancake but it's pretty good for what it is! I drizzle some warm, creamy Bell Plantation PB2 over them :) Excellent after a…

Agree with everyone above. While every person is different, I have found (personally and in hearing other's stories) that restriction usually ends in over-eating it later. If this is a LIFESTYLE change, stick with cals and macros. But don't beat yourself up if you have a choco chip cookie, either. And 1200 is wayyyy too…

Had sushi on Monday night and couldn't finish it so I threw it in the fridge in a container (not air tight). It wasn't awful the next night but the rice dried out. I haven't gotten sick...yet.... :P (Same as above, none had mayo or tempura).

Is it your breathing? A lot of times when I run and get those side-stitches, it's because I tend to run+sing to my music at the same time (results in breathing issue). Look up proper running form and breathing techniques and make sure you're matching up.

5'8.5" and currently between 130/135 (I have a very small frame). I like to be closer to 130 but am happy with where I'm at.

Weekdays: I work out before work (no food prior) and fix myself breakfast when I get to the office 4 egg whites, either on an english muffin or two pieces of Sara Lee whole-wheat bread. These come in at: • (bread + egg whites) 190 cals, 14g carbs, 1g fat, 26g protein • (english muffins + egg whites) 220 cals, 23g carbs, 1g…

I sweat a LOT so I do wear underwear with running shorts.

Echoing the above.... MFP's protein setting are way too low. Aim for at least 1g of your body weight in protein.
