extreme weakness after exercise?
Anyone else have a problem like this? It doesn't seem to matter how much or what I've eaten prior to exercising but i always feel "gonna pass out" weak and whimpy. As i said it doesn't matter if i ate lots of protein and good carbs or if i had "junk" before. Is this normal?

WARNING: Pity party :( Not for weight loss (although that would be GREAT :) , but to reset my metabolism. I know I've seriously messed it up, but every time I try to increase cals, I gain weight. not looking for trouble but....
So, I know the whole deal about eating too few cals, but my question is.... why does it work for people who have had bariatric surgery? They eat just several hundred a day and still lose? Why doesn't there metabolism stop working? (BTW< not trying to stir up trouble, really wondering.) thanks

I find it really hard to stay within my alotted carbs (i can't remember if i did 30 or 40 %) while doing the reset. 2600 is just so many calories and i can only eat so much protein. weight gain at first
ANYone else gain when they first increased cals? For over a year i was doing 900 to 1000 (medifast). Plateued (sp?) big time . Doing P90x, which burns a lot of calories, so increased cals to 1400 to 1600 (when i exercise) and 1200 to 1300 when i don't. I'ved been steadily gaining over past 2 weeks. (Up 2 lbs altogether.)…

Carbs vs Fat
Just wondering b/c i have 2 different books that give 2 different plans. One says to eater lower carbs while the other says to eat only 20-25 % fat. This plan encourages more carbs. Which do you all focus on lowering or do you focus on both?
