Add to settings the ability to set a default home page
Although I like the Dashboard, I would like the ability to set the app to open to my Diary. I find it a bit annoyingly that every time I open the MyFitnessPal app to log meals and snacks, the app flips right to the dashboard rather than staying open on the diary page.

CO2 Footprint Low C02 diet
By limiting food consumption we limit the green house gases emissions. A cool feature would be to calculate the C02 used based on the food we eat on a daily basis and cumulative basis. This helps put in perspective the damages to the environment as well as to our healths by overeating.

Add tracking option for Total Carbs
Since you cannot always trust manufactures to be truthful about net carbs, it would be good to track total carbs. I follow both Gary Brecka and Mark Sission and both suggest that you keep your total carbs at 50 or under a day for a keto diet.

recipe directions
I see there is a Today's Food Notes section in the daily food diary. Since that code is already done could you add a recipe directions section to the Manage Recipe page, so we can either type in the recipe or paste them. Please bring back tickers
I have used myfitnesspal.com for a long time. I miss the tickers that say 60 pounds lost or however many pounds lost. Also I don't like the homepage. I like to see how much weight I have lost and it's nowhere on the homepage.
