Does anyone have visibility on the exercise category of MyFitnessPal to the “subtotal?”
All the meal categories have totals for calorie intake in the top right corner of each meal in the app. I was seeking the total number of calories expended in the exercise category when I discovered there is no total there. Two questions… Is everyone seeing what I am and, does someone know how to suggest it to the…

TDEE Exercise
So when I’m answering the option regarding exercise, I’m unsure what to tick. I walk on average 12000 steps each day. 7500 on the treadmill and the remainder things like school run, walk to village shop and general walking round the home doing chores, etc. Would I class thus as moderate exercise?

Not sore from strength training anymore
So, I’ve been strength training twice a week for about 3 weeks now and I am no longer sore after my workouts. Is this a sign I’m getting stronger and need to up my weights or should I just keep going the way I am? I guess I’m wondering if you have to be sore after a workout for it to be effective.

In February, I slipped on the ice, landed hard on my right elbow, and jammed my elbow and my arm into the shoulder socket. Nothing was broken, but I had trouble lifting that arm above my waist.
