Just joined last week.
Still working on the many benefits and how to use the app to my advantage. I have a question: I have synced my iPhone to the MFP and it is tracking my steps and exercises. This is what I want, however, I don’t want my daily calories adjusted because of the exercise. Is there somewhere I can change the settings?

Hello, Newbie here. I really don’t understand this app at all. Do I pay more attention to calories in than macros which I don’t get either. I’m 73 and just need to lose about 15lbs. Appreciate any help at all. Thank you B

Macros not adding up
Hi! My macros are 120 protein, 65 fat and 138 carb. Today I have 57 grabs of protein left to eat but it says I only have 24 calories. Why is this?
