Reverse diet - does it work
Anyone have any luck slowly boosting calories while lifting to increase metabolism? Did it work for you? Wondering if it’s right for me. Currently 22 female 5’3’’, 114 lbs, 19.8% bf, following a Muscle Building Routine 4 day Upper/Lower split for 6 weeks. Eating 1500-1600 maintence. 2-3 cardio 30 mins/day per week.

How much is too much?
Went to the gym today and I noticed a person training because he is one of those guys that does a set and walks around a large area and comes back to their machine. But what I noticed more is that he dud lat pulldowns for over an hr. My question: is there any benefit to work one exercise for over an hr(almost 2)?

March 26 Workout A was Incline Press, Bench Press dumbbell, Bicep Curl, Rope Hammer Curl, Reverse Fly Machine, total weight for the entire workout was 6,455 lbs.
