oh my i know that alcohol has empty calories, I used to love drinking beer, but have found that I tend to end up with the beer belly, and wine also has alot of calories, to wind down the odd ocasion anyone any suggestions on light tipples, pleasde do not say soda water it is so vile. thanks

I am scared about putting my calories up?
I have been dieting properly since last August! I've lost more than I ever planned or expected too... Anyway, I don't want to lose anymore weight but I don't know how to maintain? I worry that but putting my calories up, from 1200 -1500 I will put on weight. Anyone had any experiences/tips?

Just wondering why the general advice is to raise calories by 100 weekly when transitioning into maintenance?
