What activity level am I?
So, I'm currently stuck on what Activity Level to pick. I was going to pick sedentary, but I go to the gym 1 hour a day 4 days a week. 30 Minutes of Weight lifting and 30 Minutes of cardio. It's summer vacation so I mostly spend most of my time on the computer, or just relaxing in my room. Am I sedentary or lightly active?

Anyone go by measuring tape & not the scale for maintenance?
Seeing the scale numbers fluctuate gives me way too much anxiety so I think from now on I'm going to measure myself once a week at the same exact spots and go by that. Does anyone else do this? That way I won't be able to see actual water weight on the scale.
