Trying to lose 10 kg in 2 months! Need help :)
Basic question but yes ... gratefull if someone can answer it! If I want to lose 10kg in 60 days then I should eat about 1380 kcal or less. I calculated this using various apps. But how much kcal should I burn per day (by exercising, of course) to reach the goal? Sincerely Kalai

Experiences with hunger while maintaining
Hi I have read that weight loss can cause increased hunger. People who have maintained for a good amount of time: did you find this to be true, and did you find hunger decreasing again after longer periods of maintenance?

Simplified ways of tracking for maintenance
Has anyone simplified their way of tracking for maintenance? For example, instead of weighing every vegetable for the day, just logging a preset generic entry for veggies. Some days you may eat more, some days less, but it averages over time. I am just thinking of ways to simplify tracking for the long run.

Should I eat all calories to maintain?
I’ve been maintaining my weight for the past 3 years using MFP. I’m curious though, when trying to maintain my weight, should I always be aiming to eat all of my daily allotted calories? I find myself sometimes accidentally losing weight because I don’t always use them all. Specifically I struggle with “cheat meals”. Every…

I maintain, but don't track workouts.
I maintain calories of 2100, weigh 120 lb, and I'm 5'5. Oh, and I'm a female. I do about 2-3 workouts a day (CrossFit, cardio, weight training) when at home. I'm a wrestler, too, when that's in season and I've had the occasional wrestling practice while in off-season. I also do track and will do cross country. Moral of the…

Lost Weight on Maintenance Calories
Hi everyone. I am losing weight on maintenance calories and this didn't really come as a surprise as I am going to bed hungry, especially on more sedentary days when MFP lowers the calories. Corona Maintenance Crazy?
I am 5’7” 135lb (SW222) 57yo, and reached goal a couple of weeks ago. After months of painfully slow loss, the last 5-7 pounds dropped crazily and unexpectedly fast since the stay at home orders. My activity is same or up because I’m making a conscious effort to do as much as before, while cutting calories to be on the…
