Is it normal to gain 12 lbs back in one month?
I notice I gain weight very easily and lose weight only slightly less easily. I put on about 12 lbs after Christmas. So after about January 6th- February 6th I put on 12 lbs. Is that typical, or just a sign that I have some sort of underlying issue?

i gained 10 in a week?
i weighed myself and turned out i gained 10 pounds in a week! is that possible? i haven’t been eating so so much, in fact there have been weeks where i had eaten way more and i didn’t gain nearly this much weight. i don’t know what to do to try and get back down to my normal weight. please help!!
