Worried about switching to maintain.
I'm very active, I walk about 15,000-20,000 steps a day. I do 30-40 minutes of cardio everyday (Run, Bike, Crosstrainer) and Weight Train 6 days a week. Plus any other activities I can get involved in. I have a FitBit so I can see what I burn. I'm Happy with how I am now, but I don't want to lose any more, but I don't want…

Wifi Scale?
I have a mi band 2 and am thinking of getting a mi scale as well. Would that be a good idea to keep me honest? Or is forcing yourself to enter the weight by hand more enforcing?

I have less self control while maintaining then I did while losing
I went from around 250 pounds last september to about 165 this year. Well anyway the last couple of days have been brutal. I had about 500 calories leftover for the day after work and decided to go for a jalapeno mchicken which was 430. Well anyway the guy upsold me on a medium fries for $1 more which was 340. So yeah I'm…

I want to trust my Fitbit, but....
...How the *kitten* do I burn 2,400-2,500 a day? I am female, 33 years old and weigh around 118-122 ibs (hard to tell: just started lifting weights so bloated :( ) at 5'6. On average through various activities I wind up walking 20,000 steps a day, sometimes as much as 35,000. To my knowledge, 20,000 steps would burn…

Should I switch to maintaining my weight?
I came off of a 45 pound weight loss. I'm 5'5 and I flunctuate between 136-140 lbs. I know I'm in a healthy range but I'm not totally happy with my body. I haven't lost anymore weight in months and I'm tired of serial starting. Would it be good to swap to maintaning and working out more?

.5 Pounds per week
I am trying to lose the last 5 pounds and I was just curious if anyone switched to losing .5 pounds a week eventually in their weight loss program from 1 pound loss a week. Did it help your body adjust to maintenance? I am 5 ft and I went from 135?(didn't weigh my self but same weight last time my pants felt tight) to 115.…

Struggles with clothing sizes
Hi everyone, I was wondering where people are able to find clothes that fit. I don't consider myself to be very small I am female, 5'4" and 124ish lbs and apparently that translates to a US petite size 1/2 jeans and extra small shirts. I spent a lot of my life overweight and I don't like dressing like a circus tent now. I…

When did you know it was time to start maintaining?
What was it that made you start maintaining? Was it a pair of jeans, the way you saw yourself in the mirror or maybe a photo? What made you come to realize that the weight loss was over and that you should start maintaining?

Recomposition Yo-Yo?
I'm working on body recomposition. On normal days where I don't go to the gym I eat at a slight deficit of 100 calories less than maintenance. On days where I am going to the gym I strive for around 300 calories over maintenence. I generally go to the gym three days a week. Other days I either don't exercise at all or do…

NOT a Smooth Landing
I hit my goal of 150 in September (5-7"F) and I increased calories slowly hoping for a soft landing, I've had success insofar as I haven't gained any weight, except normal fluctuations, but my calorie swings feel wildly out of control. My MFP goal is about 1660 and I earn back about 500 from running/walking 10 miles a day.…

I keep on losing weight
Hi. I lost about 11 kgs since July by sticking into a healthy diet and regular exercise. It is still a healthy weight but I'm quite concerned that I may drop more.…
